Sunny
Corner is a contemporary detached property
sleeping up to eight people in four bedrooms. It is set in a quiet
corner of St. Issey just three miles from Padstow. St. Issey is a
typical village with church, farm shop and village inn. The inn has a
small restaurant and is within a two minute walk of Sunny Corner. Close
by is access to the Camel Trail which can take you into Padstow along
the beautiful Camel Estuary. Sunny Corner has its own garage which is
ideal for storing your bikes or perhaps a canoe!
This expansive house is set out over
three floors, has a large secluded rear patio garden which catches the
afternoon and evening sun (ideal for those summer barbeques) and a small
area of lawn. The drive is large enough for parking four cars, and of
course there is also the garage.
The
house has tiled floors throughout complete with under floor heating and
additionally there is a modern real fire in the lounge, all this makes
Sunny Corner and ideal house all year round.
The kitchen is beautifully
appointed and well equipped for those wishing to cook for themselves.
Whether this is just a breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the large dining
room section overlooking the rear patio garden, with its elegant wooden
table and leather chairs, provides a perfect setting for any meal.
All the furniture in Sunny Corner is
modern and of an extremely high standard, leather and wood feature
throughout the property.
The
property comprises of entrance hall with stairways leading to the upper
and lower levels. Off the hallway there is a WC with basin,
kitchen/dining room and the lounge with patio doors leading out onto the
paved side garden off which are steps down to the rear patio. The lounge
has large deep sofas, plasma television, DVD player and a bookcase for
those who enjoy reading.
On the lower ground floor you will
find the games room complete with pool table and table football, the
television/play room with two really large sofas, a twin bedroom and a
shower room. A door leads off this lower floor to the rear sunken patio
area.
On
the upper floor you will find the master bedroom complete with its own
dressing room and ensuite bath/shower room, a twin bedroom with ensuite
bath/shower room, a further twin bedroom another bath/shower room. All
the facilities in the property have WC, basin and heated towel rails.
Quality and attention to detail are
evident throughout this property, Bang & Olfsen connecting speakers in
the kitchen/dining area, lounge and games room. Garage utility for
storing surf boards, bikes etc and even an outside hot shower! Ideal
when returning from the local beaches.
Linen
& towels are provided and these are changed weekly but you will need to
bring your own beach towels.
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday and
are available all year round. Weekend breaks are also possible out of
high season.
Weekly terms are from £500 to
£1,300.
